Shopping over our phones has become a commodity and a sure-fire way for brands to connect with their audience in the palm of their hands. A quick look outside and you will always see at least one person with their head down and phone in hand. So how can we as marketers use this to our advantage, leading to brand loyalty and sales. What I have come to find is by leading with the WHY an item, online market, product should be seen and purchased is key to drive consumer behavior. Amazon does a great job at this in my opinion. Their accessibility, and user-friendly website and app are ideal but to me and those I asked about their purchases told me they buy with Amazon because Amazon gives back.

I believe that if we think of small ways to impact the community and find the why in unforeseen places, we can truly benefit in consumer loyalty, a stronger community, leading to a future increase in revenue.
